- 4 lemon peels
- 1 cup fine-grained raw sugar
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz VSOP cognac or Armagnac
- 1 oz Jamaican dark rum
- 5 oz cold water
- Garnish: grated nutmeg
Instructions
- In a 1-gallon punch bowl, muddle the lemon peels with the sugar and let stand for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add the lemon juice and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cognac, dark rum, and cold water, then stir to combine.
