Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/3 tbsp Rooh Afza syrup
  • 1/8 tbsp sweet basil seeds (sabja seeds), soaked
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Soak the sweet basil seeds (sabja seeds) in 3/4 cup of water for half an hour until they swell and become plump.
  2. Drain the water from the soaked seeds using a fine strainer and set them aside.
  3. In a glass, combine water and Rooh Afza syrup, adjusting the amount to your preferred level of sweetness.
  4. Add the soaked sweet basil seeds and ice cubes, if desired.
  5. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for a chilled treat.
