Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp red and green sprinkles (for the rim)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer
  • 1 1/2 oz rum (clear or dark both work)
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add the sprinkles to a small shallow plate and set aside.
  2. Spread the maple syrup on a separate plate.
  3. Dip the martini glass upside down in the maple syrup to coat the rim, then dip the rim in the sprinkles to coat it fully.
  4. Let the rim set while you prepare the cocktail.
  5. Fill a shaker with ice and add the oat milk creamer, rum, Benedictine, and almond extract.
  6. Shake well for about 20 seconds until frothy.
  7. Pour the cocktail into the prepared martini glass through a strainer and enjoy!
