  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or the seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Freshly grated nutmeg or a good pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
