- 3 large eggs (separated)
- 1 tablespoon granulated allulose (or powdered erythritol)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or the seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
