  • 1 tablespoon granulated allulose (or powdered erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract or the seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 1 tablespoon rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Freshly grated nutmeg or a pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
