Ingredients
- 1 large egg (separated)
- 1 tablespoon granulated allulose (or powdered erythritol)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract or the seeds from 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1 tablespoon rum (or use cognac or bourbon - optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
