Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp red and green sprinkles (for the rim)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (can substitute with honey or agave for the rim)
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer (can substitute with vanilla dairy-free creamer)
- 1 1/2 oz rum (clear or dark both work)
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Add the sprinkles to a small shallow plate and set aside.
- Spread the maple syrup on a separate plate.
- Dip the martini glass upside down in the maple syrup to coat the rim, allowing excess to run off before placing the rim on the plate with the sprinkles.
- Make circular motions with the glass to fully coat the rim, then allow the rim to set while preparing the cocktail.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the oat milk creamer, rum, Benedictine, and almond extract.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds until froth forms on top.
- Pour the cocktail into the martini glass through a strainer and enjoy!
