  • 1 oz Deep Eddy Vodka
  • 1 oz Espolòn Tequila
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz strawberry syrup
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 fresh strawberry (for garnish)
  • 1 lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Deep Eddy Vodka, Espolòn Tequila, fresh lime juice, and strawberry syrup.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, then shake until the outside feels cold.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
