Ingredients
- 1 oz Pisco
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz strawberry puree
- 1/4 oz Giffard vanilla
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz egg white
- 1 oz Prosecco
- Bitters, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine Pisco, lemon juice, strawberry puree, Giffard vanilla, simple syrup, and egg white.
- Shake the ingredients well.
- Pour Prosecco into a coupe glass.
- Gently pour the mixture from the shaker over the Prosecco.
- Allow the egg white foam to settle.
- Spritz Ms Better Bitters Sumac and kiwi bitters on top using an atomizer and stencil.
