Ingredients

  • 1 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1/4 oz Giffard vanilla
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz egg white
  • 1 oz Prosecco
  • Bitters, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Pisco, lemon juice, strawberry puree, Giffard vanilla, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake the ingredients well.
  3. Pour Prosecco into a coupe glass.
  4. Gently pour the mixture from the shaker over the Prosecco.
  5. Allow the egg white foam to settle.
  6. Spritz Ms Better Bitters Sumac and kiwi bitters on top using an atomizer and stencil.
