Ingredients

  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco, champagne, or other sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Remove the tops from the strawberries.
  2. Add the strawberries and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. For each serving, add 2 oz of Prosecco to a champagne flute.
  4. Then pour in 1 oz of the strawberry puree.
