Ingredients
- 3 organic strawberries, crushed
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
- 2 drops of alcohol-free stevia, optional
- 16 oz Mineral Water
- 6 basil leaves, washed and stems removed
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, crush the strawberries to a chunky puree consistency.
- Add the lemon juice to the strawberries and mix well. Optionally, add the stevia for sweetness.
- Place 3 basil leaves in the mineral water and let it infuse for 6-8 hours. If not infusing, use 3 basil leaves instead.
- In a glass, spoon the strawberry puree at the bottom.
- Add 3 fresh basil leaves and the ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour the infused or regular mineral water over the ingredients in the glass.
- Serve with a pink paper straw and enjoy!
