Ingredients

  • 3 organic strawberries, crushed
  • Juice from 1/4 lemon
  • 2 drops of alcohol-free stevia, optional
  • 16 oz Mineral Water
  • 6 basil leaves, washed and stems removed
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, crush the strawberries to a chunky puree consistency.
  2. Add the lemon juice to the strawberries and mix well. Optionally, add the stevia for sweetness.
  3. Place 3 basil leaves in the mineral water and let it infuse for 6-8 hours. If not infusing, use 3 basil leaves instead.
  4. In a glass, spoon the strawberry puree at the bottom.
  5. Add 3 fresh basil leaves and the ice cubes to the glass.
  6. Pour the infused or regular mineral water over the ingredients in the glass.
  7. Serve with a pink paper straw and enjoy!
