Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
  • About 4 oz prosecco
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. To make the rosemary syrup, combine the sugar, water, and rosemary in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then remove from heat.
  3. Once dissolved, cover and allow to cool before straining into a container with a lid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. To make the cocktail, add 1/2 oz of rosemary syrup and 2 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to a glass.
  6. Top with prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
