Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 3/4 ounce lavender syrup
  • 1/4 ounce Page's Parfait Amour
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Soda water
  • Lavender flower, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. To make the lavender syrup, combine sugar, water, and dried culinary lavender in a saucepan and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Let it steep, strain out the lavender, and chill before using.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix vodka, lavender syrup, Page's Parfait Amour, and fresh lemon juice. Shake vigorously.
