Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Canned Pumpkin
- 1 cup Milk (2 %)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Caramel Syrup
- 1/8 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Espresso or Strongly Brewed Coffee
- 1 1/2 oz. Rum Chata
- Whipped Cream
- Caramel Syrup
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, caramel syrup, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and brewed espresso.
- Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, continuously whisking until it is thoroughly combined and begins to boil.
- Drain the mixture through a sifter into a coffee mug.
- Stir in Rum Chata and top with whipped cream, caramel syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
