A delightful and simple Halloween cocktail filled with the flavors of fresh orange and vodka, topped off with sparkling orange soda and optional orange sugar rimming.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice (from about half an orange)
- 1 1/2 oz vodka (Your preferred brand, like Tito's)
- 1 Sparkling Orange Soda (for topping off, such as Sunkist, Fanta, or San Pellegrino Aranciata. I used Sparkling Ice Orange Mango)
- Orange sugar (for rimming the glass)
- Fresh orange slices and fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Rub the rim of a tall glass with a slice of fresh orange and dip the glass in orange sanding sugar.
- Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with fresh ice cubes and pour in the orange juice and vodka.
- Top everything off with the orange soda and gently stir everything together with a long spoon or a bar spoon until combined.
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice and some mint, if desired. Serve chilled.
