Spicy Sunburst Margarita

Infused with jalapeño tequila and topped with smoked salt, it's perfect for lounging by the pool or enjoying a sunny day. The combination of jalapeño heat, citrus tang, and smoky salt makes it a unique and flavorful drink to savor.
Spicy Sunburst Margarita
A refreshing and spicy margarita with jalapeño-infused tequila and a smoked salt rim.
Ingredients
- 2 oz jalapeño-infused tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 jalapeño
- Smoked salt for rimming the glass
Instructions
- To infuse the tequila, slice half of the jalapeño lengthwise, remove the seeds, and add the slices to the tequila. Let it sit for at least 2 hours for mild heat or longer for extra spice.
- Rim the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in smoked salt.
- Once the tequila is infused, mix it with Cointreau and lime juice, then shake with ice.
- Strain the mixture into a glass with ice and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
