Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 red or green Thai chile, pierced with a knife
- 1 tablespoon sugar, plus more for glass rim
- 1 lime, cut into 4 wheels, plus 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 10 cilantro leaves
- 3 tablespoons sweetened cream of coconut
Instructions
- In a jar, combine vodka and chile, and let it sit covered for 2-24 hours.
- Discard the chile and prepare the glass rims by moistening them with lime and dipping them into sugar.
- Muddle 4 lime wheels, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 10 cilantro leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and add chile vodka, cream of coconut, and lime juice.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 20 times.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
