Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Clamato juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ice
  • Mexican beer
  • Tajin for rimming
  • Chamoy sauce for rimming

Instructions

  1. Prepare shallow bowls or saucers wide enough for dipping the glass rims, and add Chamoy to one and Tajin to another.
  2. Dip the glass first into the Chamoy, then into the Tajin to coat the rim.
  3. Pour Clamato juice into the prepared glass.
  4. Add a couple of dashes of hot sauce.
  5. Add a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Squeeze in the lime juice.
  7. Add ice, filling the glass almost to the top.
  8. Slowly pour in the Mexican beer.
  9. Garnish with lime or toppings of choice.
