Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Clamato juice
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- ice
- Mexican beer
- Tajin for rimming
- Chamoy sauce for rimming
Instructions
- Prepare shallow bowls or saucers wide enough for dipping the glass rims, and add Chamoy to one and Tajin to another.
- Dip the glass first into the Chamoy, then into the Tajin to coat the rim.
- Pour Clamato juice into the prepared glass.
- Add a couple of dashes of hot sauce.
- Add a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
- Squeeze in the lime juice.
- Add ice, filling the glass almost to the top.
- Slowly pour in the Mexican beer.
- Garnish with lime or toppings of choice.
