Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 cups of tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • A few shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • A few shakes Tabasco (smoked Tabasco is nice)
  • A pinch of celery salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • More ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large jug, place the ice.
  2. Add the vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice onto the ice.
  3. Shake in a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, adjusting to your preferred level of spiciness.
  4. Add a pinch of celery salt and black pepper, then stir until the outside of the jug feels cold.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass, then top it up with fresh ice.
