Ingredients

  • Himalayan Rock Salt, for rimming
  • 1 Large Lime, cut into wedges
  • Ice
  • 3 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.50 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Club Soda
  • Optional: Simple Syrup or Agave Syrup, to sweeten, to taste
  • Lime Wheel and/or Twisted Grapefruit Peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by wetting the rim with a lime wedge and dipping into Himalayan rock salt.
