Sparkling Berry Mimosa
A delightful and elegant twist on the classic mimosa with the fruity flavors of pineapple or cranberry, perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 oz thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 0.50 oz thawed frozen limeade concentrate
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 0.50 cup pink Champagne or sparkling apple juice, chilled
- 3-4 small strawberries for the ice cubes
- 1 oz white grape juice or water
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a mixing container, combine the thawed orange juice concentrate, limeade concentrate, and cold water. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Just before serving, carefully add the pink Champagne or sparkling apple juice to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving glass and add the strawberry ice cubes before serving.
