Ingredients

  • 1/2 graham cracker (crushed)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.50 oz. vanilla vodka (or bourbon)
  • 0.50 oz. Frangelico or hazelnut liquor (or cinnamon schnapps like Fireball)
  • 1/3 cup peach juice or peach nectar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (juice from one wedge)
  • Fresh peach slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Spread a little peach juice on a small plate.
  2. Combine crushed graham cracker, sugar, and cinnamon on a separate plate.
  3. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the peach juice, then into the graham cracker mixture to coat thoroughly. Repeat with a second glass.
  4. In a martini shaker filled with ice, add vodka, Frangelico, peach juice, and lemon juice.
  5. Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh peach slices and enjoy!
