Ingredients

  • 1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Islay Peated Scotch (Laphroaig used here)
  • 1.25 oz Pear Nectar
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
  • 4 Thyme Leaves (Slightly Smoked)

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add the Northern Keep Vodka, Islay Peated Scotch, pear nectar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Stir the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the punch into a separate pitcher and refrigerate it (covered) until use.
  5. When serving, pour the punch over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of slightly smoked thyme.
