Ingredients
- 1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
- 0.25 oz Islay Peated Scotch (Laphroaig used here)
- 1.25 oz Pear Nectar
- 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- 4 Thyme Leaves (Slightly Smoked)
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the Northern Keep Vodka, Islay Peated Scotch, pear nectar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Stir the ingredients well.
- Strain the punch into a separate pitcher and refrigerate it (covered) until use.
- When serving, pour the punch over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of slightly smoked thyme.
