Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce rosemary syrup (store bought or homemade)
- 3-4 ounces tonic water
- Lime wedge and/or additional rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Light the end of a rosemary sprig until smoking and place it on a plate. Cover the smoking rosemary with a cocktail glass to capture the rosemary smoke.
- In a mixing glass with ice, stir together the gin and rosemary syrup.
- Flip the cocktail glass over and add ice, then strain the gin rosemary mixture into the glass.
