Ingredients

  • 2 slices of grilled pineapple
  • 1/4 jalapeño, sliced
  • 5-6 cilantro leaves
  • 3 oz mezcal
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Grill pineapple slices until charred on both sides, about 4 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a shaker, muddle grilled pineapple, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  3. Add mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and a jalapeño slice.
