Ingredients

  • 1 slice grilled pineapple
  • 2-3 slices jalapeño
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz mezcal
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Grill the pineapple until charred on both sides, about 4 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a glass, muddle the grilled pineapple, jalapeño, and cilantro until broken down.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  5. Stir well and enjoy!
