This smoky, sweet, and spicy mezcal cocktail features grilled pineapple, jalapeño, and a hint of herbaceous cilantro for a unique twist on the classic margarita.
Ingredients
- 1 slice grilled pineapple
- 2-3 slices jalapeño
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- Ice
Instructions
- Grill the pineapple until charred on both sides, about 4 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a glass, muddle the grilled pineapple, jalapeño, and cilantro until broken down.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup.
- Stir well and enjoy!
