- 2 oz blended Scotch
- 3/4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey ginger syrup (or honey syrup)
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- Ice
- 1/4 oz Islay Scotch
- Candied ginger
- Lemon peel
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine blended Scotch, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and honey ginger syrup.
- Shake the mixture until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
