Smoky Fire and Ice Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1/2 ounce mezcal
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh egg white (optional)
- 1/4- 1/2 ounce simple syrup, agave syrup or pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, mezcal, lemon juice, egg white, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) for 20 seconds.
- Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds until well chilled.
