Ingredients
- 1-2 scorched cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 oz hot espresso coffee
- 3/4 oz Patron XO Cafe tequila
- 3/4 oz reposado tequila
- 1/3 oz Frangelico
- 1/3 cup crushed ice
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Scorched the cinnamon sticks by applying them directly to a naked flame or dry roasting in a hot fry-pan until scorched and toasted all over. Then, place them in a glass.
- In a blender, combine hot espresso coffee, tequilas, Frangelico, and crushed ice. Blend for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is frothy and smooth.
- Pour the mix into the prepared glass and garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
