Ingredients
- 1.50 oz half-and-half
- 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
- 1.50 oz vodka
- 1.50 oz Kahlúa
- Smoked ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 180°F and preheat for 15 minutes.
- Place the half-and-half in a shallow dish on the grill and smoke for 20 minutes.
- Smoke water in another dish for the same duration.
- Let the smoked half-and-half and water cool, then refrigerate the half-and-half.
- Pour the smoked water into ice cube trays and freeze.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce around the inside of four glasses.
- Place smoked ice cubes in the glasses.
- Divide the vodka and Kahlúa among the glasses.
- Top with the smoked half-and-half.
