Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 1.50 oz Kahlúa
  • Smoked ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 180°F and preheat for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the half-and-half in a shallow dish on the grill and smoke for 20 minutes.
  3. Smoke water in another dish for the same duration.
  4. Let the smoked half-and-half and water cool, then refrigerate the half-and-half.
  5. Pour the smoked water into ice cube trays and freeze.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce around the inside of four glasses.
  7. Place smoked ice cubes in the glasses.
  8. Divide the vodka and Kahlúa among the glasses.
  9. Top with the smoked half-and-half.
  10. Enjoy the smoky, caramel-infused White Russian!
