Smokey Ginger Penicillin
This Smokey Ginger Penicillin cocktail is a modern classic, created in 2005 by Sam Ross in NYC. It has quickly become a favorite among bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts due to its perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors, enhanced by the use of two different types of Scotch. The hint of smokiness from the single malt Scotch adds an intriguing depth to the drink. Bartenders recommend using a smokier single malt to elevate the flavors and experience of this delightful cocktail.
