  • 3 (12 oz.) cans Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 1 quart lime sherbet, softened

  1. In a jug, start by adding the frozen limeade.
  2. Next, pour in the Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water, followed by the pineapple juice.
  3. Add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve the desired swamp water color.
  4. Stir the mixture to combine and then refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. When ready to serve, fill each glass about 3/4 full with the swamp water mixture.
  6. Top each glass with a scoop of softened lime sherbet and insert a straw.
