  • 1 oz. gin
  • 0.50 oz. cherry liqueur
  • 0.50 oz. triple sec
  • 0.50 oz. lime juice
  • 0.25 oz. Benedictine liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 splash grenadine
  • 2.50 oz. club soda
  • Fresh pineapple wedge and leaves, for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry with stem

Instructions

  1. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, gin, cherry liqueur, triple sec, lime juice, Benedictine liqueur, simple syrup, and grenadine.
