Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 oz red bitter liqueur (such as Campari, Cappelletti, or Contratto Bitter)
  • 3-4 dashes of orange bitters
  • 4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Orange or grapefruit wedge or wheel, for serving

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice, then add the red bitter liqueur and the orange bitters.
  2. In a shaker, combine the orange and grapefruit juices with a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
