Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 oz red bitter liqueur (such as Campari, Cappelletti, or Contratto Bitter)
- 3-4 dashes of orange bitters
- 4 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Orange or grapefruit wedge or wheel, for serving
Instructions
- Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice, then add the red bitter liqueur and the orange bitters.
- In a shaker, combine the orange and grapefruit juices with a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
