Ingredients
- Handful of mint leaves
- 1.50 oz Absolut Vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz lychée syrup (from a can of lychée)
- Lychée and mint, to garnish
- Ginger beer (and soda water, optional), to top
Instructions
- Gently muddle mint and vodka in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, lemon juice, and lychée syrup, then shake well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger beer and soda water to taste.
- Skewer a lychée onto a cocktail stick and garnish with a small sprig of mint.
