Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1/4 ounce strawberry jello
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • ice
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 strawberry (with the top cut off)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 1/2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Mix the strawberry jello and boiling water until the jello is dissolved.
  3. Measure out the vodka in a measuring cup. Add ice until it measures 2 1/2 tablespoons.
  4. Pour the alcohol into the jello and mix until ice cubes are melted.
  5. Pour the mixture into a plastic shot glass.
  6. Put into the refrigerator for 90 minutes or until solidified.
  7. Top with whipped cream, a strawberry, and a dot of additional whipped cream.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
