Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz pineapple-infused vodka
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Splash of club soda

Instructions

  1. Place enough diced cucumber pieces to cover the bottom of a shaker tin and muddle them.
  2. Add pineapple-infused vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  5. Strain the shaker contents into the glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
