Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounces Persian lime olive oil-washed gin (preferably Bombay Sapphire)
  • 1 1/3 ounces sugar snap pea-infused blanc vermouth (preferably Dolin Blanc)
  • 1/4 ounce verjus
