Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Verjus Blanc
- 1/2 oz fino sherry
- 1 oz fortified tomato water dashi
- 1 1/2 oz Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
- Green Chartreuse (optional, for rinsing the glass)
Instructions
- Combine Verjus Blanc, fino sherry, fortified tomato water dashi, and Mizu Saga Barley Shochu in a mixing glass, and stir well.
