  • 1/4 oz Verjus Blanc
  • 1/2 oz fino sherry
  • 1 oz fortified tomato water dashi
  • 1 1/2 oz Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
  • Green Chartreuse (optional, for rinsing the glass)
