Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 oz Russian vodka
  • 2 oz dry sake
  • 1 tablespoon litchi syrup (from can)
  • 2 to 3 canned litchis

Instructions

  1. Chill a 10-ounce martini glass and place 2 to 3 litchis in it.
  2. Fill a 20-ounce cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.
  3. Add vodka, sake, and litchi syrup to the shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Strain and divide the cocktail between the martini glasses.
