Ingredients

  • 2 ounces sage-infused tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 0.50 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
  • 0.50 ounce Agave in the Raw
  • 0.50 teaspoon flaky sea salt or cocktail salt
  • 1 sprig sage, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the sage leaves and tequila in an air-tight container and let it steep for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days.
  2. If desired, rim an empty rocks glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping the wet glass rim in salt.
  3. Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
