Ingredients

  • 2 oz Loon Liquors Aquavit
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup (made with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water)
  • 3-4 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 sprig of fresh sage for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the aquavit, lime juice, simple syrup, and 3-4 sage leaves.
  2. Rub the sage leaves in your hands to release the oils.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, then shake the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
