Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 3/4 cup milk (steamed, dairy or non-dairy)
  • Toasted marshmallows (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mug or heat-resistant glass, pour the toasted marshmallow syrup and chocolate syrup.
  2. Add the hot espresso and stir to thoroughly combine.
  3. Slowly pour the steamed milk into the center of the mug while holding it slightly tilted at a 45-degree angle, filling the mug and adding a thin layer of foam on top.
  4. Serve immediately, topped with toasted marshmallows if desired.
