Ingredients
- 3-5 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 1 oz rosemary-infused vodka
- 1/3 cup lemon sorbet
- 3 oz Prosecco
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the rosemary into 3-inch long pieces and place them in a mason jar or small glass bottle.
- Add the vodka and seal the jar.
- Store in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, and up to 1 week, tasting daily. Remove and discard the rosemary when the flavor reaches the desired strength.
- Add the rosemary-infused vodka to a champagne flute and scoop in the sorbet.
- Pour the Prosecco over the top.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and enjoy immediately.
