Ingredients

  • 3-5 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 1 oz rosemary-infused vodka
  • 1/3 cup lemon sorbet
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the rosemary into 3-inch long pieces and place them in a mason jar or small glass bottle.
  2. Add the vodka and seal the jar.
  3. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, and up to 1 week, tasting daily. Remove and discard the rosemary when the flavor reaches the desired strength.
  4. Add the rosemary-infused vodka to a champagne flute and scoop in the sorbet.
  5. Pour the Prosecco over the top.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and enjoy immediately.
