Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
  • 3.40 oz Chilled premium tonic water
  • 2 Pink grapefruit wedges
  • 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Place a sprig of rosemary in a balloon glass, then gently squeeze a wedge of fresh pink grapefruit into the glass and drop it in.
  2. Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and swirl to infuse the flavors.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with chilled tonic water.
  4. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Finish the drink with a wedge of pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary before serving.
