Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces white rose tea-infused vodka
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 3-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 dash cherry bitters
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters
  • Rose petals (for garnish)
  • Honey (for rim garnish)

Instructions

  1. Infuse 1 cup of vodka with a Numi Organic White Rose Tea bag by placing it in a sealed container for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Chop colored rose petals into small pieces and use a clean paintbrush to brush honey onto one side of the rim of your glass.
  3. Press the honeyed rim onto the rose petal bits until completely covered with confetti.
  4. In a shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, white rose tea-infused vodka, sweet vermouth, cherry bitters, aromatic bitters, and broken mint leaves.
  5. Shake with ice and strain into the pre-garnished cocktail glass.
