Rose Petal Elixir Martini
A delightful martini featuring white rose tea-infused vodka, pomegranate juice, and a honey and rose petal rim for a touch of elegance.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces white rose tea-infused vodka
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 3-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 dash cherry bitters
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
- Rose petals (for garnish)
- Honey (for rim garnish)
Instructions
- Infuse 1 cup of vodka with a Numi Organic White Rose Tea bag by placing it in a sealed container for a few hours or overnight.
- Chop colored rose petals into small pieces and use a clean paintbrush to brush honey onto one side of the rim of your glass.
- Press the honeyed rim onto the rose petal bits until completely covered with confetti.
- In a shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, white rose tea-infused vodka, sweet vermouth, cherry bitters, aromatic bitters, and broken mint leaves.
- Shake with ice and strain into the pre-garnished cocktail glass.
