Revolutionary Citrus Splash

Named after the Italian revolutionary Giuseppe Garibaldi, this cocktail pays homage to Italy by combining Campari, a red bitter liqueur from the north, and fresh citrus juices representing the south. The modern twist adds orange bitters, a pinch of salt, and a splash of grapefruit juice for a refreshing and zesty flavor. Whether you stick with the classic or opt for the modern variation, the key to the best Garibaldi is using very fresh and frothy citrus juice, achieved through a vigorous shake or a quick pulse in a blender.
