- 2 oz Japanese whisky
- Soda water, to top (6-8 oz, or about 3-4 times the amount of whisky)
Instructions
- Place a large ice cube in a highball glass.
- Stir the ice in the glass until frost forms, then pour off any excess water if the ice melts.
- Add another ice cube to the glass and pour the whisky over it.
- Stir the whisky in the glass 13 1/2 times clockwise using a bar spoon.
