Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz Don Julio blanco tequila
  • 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 tsp fino sherry
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 oz freshly pressed celery juice
  • 1 tsp honey syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash celery bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Garnish: lime wheel
  • Garnish: celery stalk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
