  • 3/4 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 oz walnut liqueur (Nocino della Cristina preferred)
  • 1/2 oz East India sherry
  • Ice
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, heavy cream, Simple Syrup, egg yolk, walnut liqueur, and sherry. Shake vigorously.
