Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 4-5 ounces chilled champagne (or Prosecco)
  • Sanding sugar (optional for the rim)

Instructions

  1. If desired, create a sugar rim by dipping the rim of a champagne flute in water and then into a bowl of sanding sugar.
  2. Place a few fresh raspberries in the glass.
  3. Measure 1 ounce of Chambord and pour it into the glass.
  4. Top the drink with 4-5 ounces of chilled champagne.
  5. Serve and savor this delightful cocktail.
